This policy explains how Adeptronix LLP handles personal data on adeptronix.in. We keep it short on purpose: we collect very little.
Who we are
Adeptronix LLP ("Adeptronix", "we") is an engineering and supply company based at Indiqube Crystal, 73, Church Street, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India. For any question or request about your data, write to info@adeptronix.in or call +91 63629 66361.
What we collect and why

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics is off by default. Nothing from Google Analytics is loaded or set until you click Accept on the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

Who else handles your data
- Google provides Google Analytics, but only if you accept. The fonts on this site are served from our own server, so opening a page does not contact Google.
- Hostinger hosts the website and our email.
- Google Maps opens if you click our address. Its own privacy policy applies from that point.
These providers may process data outside India.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry emails: as long as needed to handle your request and keep our business records, then deleted.
- Analytics data: for the limited period set in our analytics account, and no longer than 14 months.
- Server logs: kept by our host for its standard period.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent at any time, and raise a grievance. Write to info@adeptronix.in and we aim to reply within 30 days. If we have not resolved your concern, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we keep enquiry emails in a protected mailbox. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top.
