What is a wiring harness?
A wiring harness is an organised assembly of wires, connectors and terminations that carries power and signals through a product. It replaces loose wiring so the product is faster to assemble, easier to service and more reliable in use.
Can you make a harness from a sample when there is no drawing?
Yes. If you have a working harness but no documentation, we can document it and rebuild it. That is part of our reverse engineering service.
Do you work in small batches?
Yes. We build harnesses at a focused, small-batch scale, which suits vendors and OEMs who need precision and tight quality control rather than mass-production compromises.
